Bowling for Brains 2026
Our team is taking part in Bowling for Brains this March 2026. It is an active, social and positive event – bringing communities together while fundraising for neurological research. Come and join in the fun!
The Neurological Foundation is a New Zealand charity that funds vital research and education into over 700 neurological conditions. One in three people are affected by a neurological condition which makes this research hugely important and meaningful to many Kiwis impacted. Researchers and clinicians dedicate their working days to finding cures, developing treatments, and preventing the devastating effects of these conditions.
With no government funding, the Foundation relies entirely on generous supporters. That’s why our village is getting behind them this March.
Let’s join their vision to invest in leading neurological research and education - to improve the quality of life for Kiwis affected by neurological conditions - by supporting our Bowling for Brains fundraiser. By donating - no matter how big or small - your support helps fuel leading neurological research that brings hope to millions of New Zealanders - now and in the future.

We’re coming together for a fun, relaxed morning of bowling, morning tea, and connection, all while supporting an incredibly important cause.
Why Bowling for Brains Matters
One in three New Zealanders will experience a neurological condition at some point in their lives. It might look like a spouse living with Alzheimer’s, a mother affected by stroke, or a friend navigating life with multiple sclerosis.
Neurological conditions can affect people of all ages and can have a huge impact on individuals and whānau.
That’s where research makes a difference. The Neurological Foundation supports research in New Zealand that helps people live better lives, and by supporting Bowling for Brains, we’re helping that important work continue to make a real difference now and in the future.
