What is a "virtual" or personal challenge event?

A "virtual" or personal challenge event is something that is hosted by you! Anyone from anywhere in the world can join in and complete their own unique challenge they have set while raising money to support neurological research. These events can happen online on the internet (if lockdown is occuring), in your backyard, at your local gym or anywhere. Just remember to have fun!

How long does the event run for?
